In Savonia UAS serie we publish for example final reports of projects, different kinds of reviews, textbooks, and article collections. It is desirable that all final reports of Savonia projects are published in this serie.
You can find these publications in their own collection in Theseus. By saving your reports in Theseus, you guarantee your publications’ open access and permanent storage.
Text, pictures, figures, and tables are always published openly in our serie. You should also use an open license to license your own images. Otherwise, further use of them, and therefore also the further use of the whole publication, is not possible. Our layout editor takes care of copyright marking:

At its simplest, final report summarizes the project plan, tells what has happened during the project, and estimates, if its goal has been achieved and how it can be made use of.
You can use the following list to help you with the final report:
1. Project background, starting points and goals
2. Description of the project
3. Assessment of goal realization and implementation
4. Further measures and suggestions
Images
Financiers of the project can set conditions for the final report layout. These can include their information details and logos.
Publication can also include other images which should be high quality. Prefer original images when possible. Mark the creators of the pictures, even if the picture is your own. If you use other people's images, make sure you have permission to use them. Free photo banks are highly recommended for illustration. If the use of an image by someone else, is not prohibited and it strongly supports the content of your publication, you may use it by citing under section 22 of the copyright act.
Note that, if you license your publication open, you must license images separately.
References and bibliography
Make sure that you correctly reference all used sources in in-text citations and bibliography. There are many ways on how to do this. Be consistent. Many journals have their own citation styles which you can find on on their web page. Furthermore, reference management programs, like Zotero or Mendeley, include the styles of many scholarly journals. You can manage your citations easily with these programs. Savonia doesn't have any commercial reference management programs, but for example the previously mentioned ones are freely available.
