In order to borrow material from the library, you need a library card. A library card can be obtained from the library when borrowing for the first time but please take an ID-card along. If you are Savonia student, you can create your library card via Tuudo-application by yourself.
By doing this, you are committed to the Library rules and Prices.
Library will get the basic student information from Peppi.
If you lose your library card inform library as soon as possible.
Students and staff of Savonia can access e-books and e-materials without library card with their personal Savonia user ID and password.
Your library's customer information can be found in Savonia-Finna. Also your digital library card, an electronic copy of your library card, is available in your Savonia-Finna account. Login to Savonia-Finna, tap 'Library cards' from the dropdown menu and tap the barcode number.
Self-service machines can read the barcode from most of the mobile screens. Zoom in or add screen brightness if necessary.
When you graduate, Tuudo will not work anymore, but you can use Savonia-Finna digital library card.
All notices will be sent via email. Students and staff of Savonia must use Savonia e-mail address.

If there are problems with the arrival of the notice the customer is still responsible for returning and renewing the loans in time and also bound to pay the possible overdue charges.
